Maintenance Controller

Overview
Responsible for updating records of maintenance performed in cMRO/ AADMIS system. Carries out directives from the Supervisor in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Also will be responsible for:

1. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
2. Receives and fully understand all requirements for the cMRO/ AADMIS task as briefed by the Supervisor.
3. Responsible for updating records of maintenance performed in cMRO/ AADMIS system.
4. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
5. Ensure to capture the updates of the associated work that on the paper and then transferred to the system accurately.
6. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems and system management tools.
7. Receives a full maintenance task Safety Brief from the Supervisor.
8. Obtains, reads and understands the correct Technical Data required for the maintenance task.
9. Opens maintenance task Work Card in cMRO/ AADMIS and places details of the generated task number in the aircraft Log Book on the correct Form.
10. Enters details of work carried out on the work card within cMRO/ AADMIS.
11. Includes reference details of technical Data used for the maintenance task.
12. Closes the cMRO/ AADMIS work card.
13. Enters details of all work carried out to complete the maintenance task in the aircraft Log Book on the correct Form.
14. Reports to Supervisor and provide a full brief on the work carried out.
15. Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies and procedures.

Qualification
Experience
  Minimum 4-5 years’ experience within maintenance operations area at an Airbase.

  cMRO/ AADMIS system background.

  Knowledge of basic maintenance processes and procedures.

  Prefer have good knowledge on Oracle implementation methodology.
