Overview
Assist the Aircraft Paint Supervisor to accomplish the painting of aircrafts/parts according to schedule using industry standards and company standing operating procedures.
Perform O, I and D Level when its applicable.
Leadership and Management:
1. Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship of all Team Leads to ensure a productive and positive oversight of their sections.
2. Review and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for staff.
Maintenance Operation:
4. Plan, schedule,and oversee all maintenance activities, including routine inspections and overhauls.
5. Ensure that all aircraft are being maintained to airworthiness standards prescribed by applicable regulations, technical manuals, airworthiness directives, and good maintenance practices.
6. Coordinate with other departments to minimize aircraft downtime and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Regulatory Compliance:
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations,Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs).
8. Ensure all maintenance actions are documented and are accurate and complete.
9. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Safety and Quality Assurance:
10. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
11. Monitor and improve maintenance quality control processes.
12. Investigate and resolve any maintenance related incidents or issues.
Budget and Resource Management:
13. Advise Senior Manangement on operating costs,including parts,labor,and tools.
14. Coordinate with SCM to ensure adequate inventory levels of spare parts and equipment.
Communication and Coordination:
15. Communicate effectively with OCEs, operations personnel, and other stakeholders regarding aircraft satus and maintenance schedules.
16. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
17. Provide regular reports to Senior Management on maintenance activities and performance metrics.
