Overview
AI Project Manager is responsible to plan, lead, and deliver Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects from initiation to production. The role bridges business, technical, and data teams to ensure AI initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives and governance standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data projects (ML, NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics).
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and architects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure AI solutions meet quality, performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Establish and track KPIs, milestones, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor and third-party AI solution delivery when applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer.
• Support AI governance, ethical AI practices, and data privacy requirements.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Fluent written and spoken English
• A functional knowledge of Arabic (preferred)
COMMUNICATIONS
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• High organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Stronge English and Arabic Language to communicate well.
OTHER FACTORS
• Master’s degree in Project Management, AI, or Data Science.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with Generative AI or LLM-based projects.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
