Supervisor GSE is responsible for managing the assigned Platform’s Maintenance Operations activities (i.e. planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, etc.) by providing cost-effective maintenance and repair services to the aircrafts and assets, ensuring proactive serviceability and availability of the customer’s aircrafts and equipment
1. Supervises the day-to-day operations of the platform Maintenance Operations section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
2. Under the direction of the Head of Ops Support, manages the implementation of the maintenance planning at the assigned base to ensure that repair and maintenance services are accomplished efficiently in the most productive and cost-effective manner.
3. Supports the Head of Ops Support with the development of optimum maintenance planning targets covering maintenance efficiencies and availability at the base, ensuring reliability and performance improvement to improve the maintenance effectiveness and speed of service
4. Contributes to the development of maintenance schedules and implements them as part of operation and maintenance planning to execute on time and scheduled maintenance in order to ensure that aircrafts are working to their optimum efficiency and capability.
5. Supports the Head of Ops Support in the coordination of maintenance planning activities at the base and interface with AMMROC Headquarters and MRO facilities to align maintenance operations, maintenance scheduling short and long term, base capability communication and workload planning and management to ensure smooth functioning of the base’s activities and avoiding possible delays and maintenance failures.
6. Manages the resolution of the operational day-to-day maintenance problems to ensure a highly efficient, effective and quality service is extended to customers’ aircrafts at the base.
7. Ensures that all aircraft maintenance activities take place in an efficient, compliant and safe manner to assure a high quality of maintenance operations at the base.
8. Performs other related duties or assignments as directed

Qualification
Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace maintenance or equivalent
Experience
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of experience in an aerospace maintenance and aircraft operating environment, preferably in military, of which at least 5 years in a similar position
• Expert in maintenance processes and procedures.
