Assist the Workshops Management to accomplish aviation unit and intermediate maintenance inspections, services, and repairs on all assigned aircraft components.
Will also be responsible for:
1.Supervises and provides technical guidance to subordinate personnel performing maintenance on aircraft pneudraulic equipment.
2. Evaluates maintenance operations and facilities for compliance with directives, technical manuals, work standards, safety procedures, and operational policies.
3. Ensures subordinates manage all forms and records in accordance with DA PAM 738-751 and related publications.
4. Performs maintenance trend analysis and applies production control, quality control, and other maintenance management principles to aircraft armament maintenance and shop operations.
5. Instructs personnel and conducts technical training on aircraft armament maintenance, supply and safety techniques.
6. Evaluates the technical training program on host nation personnel.
7. Serves as the focal point for all parts, tools, shop stock and supply requisitions.
8. Maintains accountability for all tools and equipment assigned to the shop.
9. Keeps a current technical library in accordance with shop mission and equipment.
10. Responsible for all safety matters of personnel and equipment assigned to the Pneudraulics Workshop.
11. Responsible for oversight, guidance and counseling of all personnel assigned to them.
12. Responsible for enhancement Shop's capabilities.

Qualification
• High School Completion of a formal hydraulic/pneumatic training course from an accredited military or civilian school.
• Knowledgeable on The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS).
Experience
• Minimum of 10 Years Experience with aircraft pneudraulic components as per position applicability.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of common tools, special tools, hardware and equipment used in the maintenance of aircraft armament systems.
