The Airworthiness Manager manages and monitors the performance of Team Leads and ACE functions, including the incorporation of corrective action for any deficiencies identified by internal or Customer`s audits. Determines if ACE’s are qualified for the functions they will be delegated. Manages and is the primary point of contact for all certification projects. Co-ordinates certification efforts required during aircraft projects. Responsible for reporting to Customer for the deficiencies in certification projects and taking the necessary corrective actions. Establishing Airworthiness Qualification Plans for projects and ensuring compliance is found with appropriate regulations, policy, guidance and directives for certification projects.

Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Aerospace Equivalent degree is required.
• Master’s degree is desired, but not required.
• EASA B license or FAA A&P certificate is desired, but not required.
Experience
• Minimum of 4 Years Supervisory experience managing aircraft certification programs.
• Minimum of 8 Years Supervisory experience managing engineering programs.
• Must have at least years’ experience in the application and interpretation of applicable aeronautical design standards and airworthiness certification criteria.
