Manages the daily issuance and receipt of tools, equipment, consumables and expendables that are maintained within the tool room.
Keeping production equipment up and running.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process the daily sign in/out of tools, test equipment, expendable materials, and consumable materials.
2. Performs cyclic inventories of tools and equipment issued from the tool room.
3. Inspect tools and kits for completeness in accordance with provided inventories.
4. Identify broken tools, notify supervisor of tool orders, repair and replace tools in tools boxes and in the tool room.
5. Submits items as directed to calibration and returns them to the tool room as completed.
6. Maintain stock locations and levels.
7. Work closely with the Property Book section to maintain the sections Hand Receipt of issued items.
8. Maintain the sections calibrated items (TMDE) schedule.
9. Process and file tool control, replenishment, and asset management documentation.
10.Performs clean-up duties and polices the shop areas as assigned.
11.Complies with all Company rules, policies and procedures.
12.Favorably interacts with internal/external customers.
13.Perform other related duties/tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualification
Minimum Qualification:
• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is a plus.
Experience
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 1 years of experience in packing delicate parts using packing materials & marking / labelling also desired.
• Experience of military or civilian warehouse supply system
• Must have knowledge in computers and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Must have hands on training of automated supply system.
