Responsible for overseeing and managing daily maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and fauly isolation in addition to fault rectification. Responsible to ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the relevant aircraft maintenance manuals.
1. Must be able to prioritize and delegate daily operational tasks and manpower plan
2. Must have sound troubleshooting experience
3. Must be able to rectify operational issues under strict time constraints
4. Must be able to delegate tasks to technicians to achieve daily maintenance tasks
5. Must be ale to use, navigate and utilize the relevant aircraft maintenance manuals
6. Must highlight and update in a timely manner any operational issues that may impact the daily scheduled maintenance tasks and have a resolution plan ready

Qualification
Minimum Qualification:
• Aviation degree in mechanical engineering or avionics or similar engineering disciplines
• 3 to 5 years relevant aircraft experience (Airframe and Engine)
• Licensed GCAA or EASA (Is a bonus)
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in relevant work experience
• Able to supervise the team to maintain and repair aircraft and equipment, and ensure safe and efficient operation in accordance with relevant maintenance manuals
• Leading and managing cross-functional teams, setting clear objectives, and ensuring collaboration among team members.
